At present, there are no strict regulations on the layout of charging ports in China. Generally speaking, the following aspects should be taken into account in the layout of charging ports.
The charging port layout is safe
In the process of driving, charging itself is not charged, but due to the charging port through the high tension line connected to the charger, therefore in the process of layout, the need to consider the vehicle's high voltage safety, avoid charging mouth and its wiring harness layout in the collision deformation zone, in case the impact caused by deformation of sheet metal parts in the process of high voltage wire extrusion or cut, bring the relevant security risks.
The arrangement of charging cables is safe.
As all the charging lines are high voltage lines, in addition to avoiding placement in the collision deformation area, the relative distance between the charging lines and the surrounding signal lines should also be considered to avoid electromagnetic interference and affect signal transmission. In addition, in order to consider the safety and psychological perception of passengers, we should try to avoid placing high-voltage lines in the passenger cabin.
The charging frequency of pure electric vehicles is much higher than the refueling frequency of traditional fuel vehicles, so the convenience of customer operation during charging is also a factor that must be considered when arranging charging ports.
Considering the requirements of ergonomics, the charging port should not be arranged too low, and should be within the normal visual range of customers, and can easily complete the charging gun insertion action. Consider China 95! The height of the charging port should be set at least 650mm above the no-load ground line.
The insertion and removal Angle of the charging gun should also be within the customer's comfortable force Angle. Since this Angle is closely related to the height of the charging port, it can be determined by evaluation after the height of the charging port is determined. The included Angle between the insertion and removal direction of a charging gun and the horizontal plane is about 60 degrees, as shown in Figure
